Recruitment Process

Stage 1: MOU & DEMAND LETTER  – 02 Days

On Mutual agreement an Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) is signed between us and our clients, after which a Demand Letter is issued to Alfa containing the requirement.

Stage 2: ADVERTISEMENT  – 04 Days

Upon receiving the Demand Letter Alfa makes necessary arrangement to conduct Interview by means of Advertisement in local media

Stage 3: INTERVIEWS, MEDICAL & SUBMISSION  – 03 Days

     Interviews are conducted by a delegation from our clients or in some case by our own recruitment team. Candidates short-listed during the interviews are sent Embassy approved hospitals for medical examination. After receiving their Medical fitness certificates the CV’s of the short-listed candidates are submitted to our clients for final selection.

Stage 4: OBTAINING VISAS   – 05 Days

     Documents of the Candidates selected in the final selection are submitted to the Ministry of Interior and Visas are awaited.

 Stage 5: IMMIGRATION CLEARANCE  – 10 Days

     After the Visas are received and forwarded to us, we make necessary arrangements to obtain clearance from Labour Department and Immigration of the respective countries.

 Stage 6: DEPLOYMENT  – 02 Days

     Upon obtaining required clearances from respective departments, we issue tickets for the candidates and send a schedule to our clients, for them to collect the workers from the airport on the given time. To make the process of identifying their workers easy, we provide all our recruited candidates with our initialed Jackets & Caps.
